The Small Things That Aren’t Small to Me.

There’s something about building a life and business that changes the way you see “small” things.

The older I get, the more I realize the moments that matter most usually aren’t loud. They aren’t always the milestones everyone applauds online. Most of the time, they happen quietly…in passing conversations, in long work days, in little reminders that what you’re building actually means something.

As a mom, a business owner, and someone still healing and growing through life myself, I’ve learned that the little things often carry the most weight.

A Client Who Comes Back

In real estate, people often see the closings, the signs, the pretty houses, and the sold posts.

What they don’t always see are the late nights, hard conversations, contracts, stress, negotiations, and emotional moments behind every transaction.

So when a client comes back to work with me again or sends their friends and family my way… it never feels “small.”

It feels like trust. And in this business, trust means everything.

Watching Someone Get Stronger

One of the most beautiful things in life is watching people grow into themselves.

Watching someone heal.
Watching someone become confident again.
Watching someone finally believe they’re worthy of more.

Whether it’s clients buying their first home, women reaching out to me online, or people I love personally, seeing growth in others reminds me that growth is possible for all of us.

My Dogs and Kiddos Greeting Me at the Door

No matter how stressful life gets, there’s something grounding about being welcomed home.

The chaos pauses for a second.

And honestly? Those tiny moments of comfort matter more to me these days than perfection ever could.

Building Something Bigger Than Me

Building a business from the ground up is equal parts beautiful and terrifying.

There are days you feel unstoppable… and days you question everything.

But there’s also something incredibly powerful about continuing anyway.

Not because it’s easy. Not because you have it all figured out.
But because deep down, you know you were meant to build something meaningful.

I don’t just want to sell homes. I make that very clear. My ideal client isn’t someone that’s only transactional.

I want to create something that feels lasting.
Something people remember. Something my children can one day look at and say,

“She really went for it, she was truly herself and went for it.”

The Girls in My DMs

This one gets me every time.

When women message me saying:
“I love what you’re building.”

“You inspire me.”

“Something similar happened to me growing up, can I share it with you?’

“You make me want to start.”

They probably don’t realize how much those words matter.

Because the truth is, sometimes the people showing up confidently online are still scared too.

Sometimes we’re building while healing.
Leading while learning.
Encouraging others while trying to encourage ourselves.

And maybe that’s the point.

Maybe courage isn’t the absence of fear. Maybe it’s simply deciding your purpose matters more than your comfort.

I’ve heard so many times that nothing grows in comfort..getting uncomfortable with being vulnerable.

Success Looks Different to Me Now

Success used to feel like numbers.
Awards.Achievements. Title.Just More.

I hit so many achievements I never thought I would. The little girl inside of me was so proud,

but also feeling like something was missing.

Now?

Success feels like alignment. It comes naturally and not forced.

It feels like creating a life my family feels safe in.
Helping people.
Building relationships instead of transactions.
Creating beauty, peace, and purpose in the middle of ordinary life.

The older I get, the more I realize:
The small things were never actually small.

They were the whole point.
